Girls who are eligible to play softball in community leagues or on school teams (elementary, middle school, high school) are also eligible to sign up for Alpha Girls Fastpitch coaching.

For new members of Alpha Girls please fill out the form below then, click "Submit."

• Enter the phone number and email address you want us to use to contact you. We need both so Coach Doug can contact you with information about your daughter's progress, to send you his newsletters, and to allow you to contact him via SMS text.
  
  
• If your daughter's parents or caregivers have different last names please enter the last name your daughter uses for school records.

• NOTE! There is a separate column for each daughter's information. Unfortunately, the template used does not allow the tab key to go up and down the column. Each time you tab the cursor goes to the next field to the right.

• YOU MUST CLICK IN EACH FIELD YOU WANT TO FILL!

• When you have finished filling out the Membership Form, click the SUBMIT MEMBER INFORMATION button at the bottom right. You should see a message thanking you for successful completion of the Membership Information form.

• After submitting the membership forms click the "Book a Session" button in the top menu and schedule a lesson with the coach.
